CEFE trainings

CEFE trainings for the management of enterprises/cooperatives:

UCBP trains managers, owners and permanent staff members of local and regional enterprises and cooperatives. Several longer trainings modules are based on CEFE (Competency based Economies through Formation of Enterprises), an approach used by GTZ worldwide to stimulate entrepreneurial skills, support and guide participants along designing business and production plans, marketing, organization, management and financial planning. One training lasts 13 days.

CEFE trainings for Business START-UPS:

In addition, professionals and TVET graduates planning to create a construction related enterprise or cooperative will be offered “Start - up Business” trainings. These trainings use the CEFE approach to enhance entrepreneurial skills and teach participants how to design business plans, and how to organize and manage small businesses. One training lasts 5 weeks.

So far, UCBP conducted already a total of 15 CEFE workshops with 336 participants; including 81 TVET graduates in the “Start – up Business” trainings.
