Equitable Distribution

The widespread locations of the 13 new/extended universities offer greater access to higher education, especially for students in remote locations. The newly established universities will strengthen research, service and training activities in the different localities, while indirectly contributing to their economic and social development. In addition, training programs held in evening and summer sessions for public servants promise to greatly increase the capabilities within government structures.
